Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Booking a Baby Shower is a task in itself, but having to change the venue from an ‘at home do’ celebration to a new location was an additional challenge - due to a delay with building work at home making it inusable to hold the event with only a week to go, The Dial saved us! Availability for 18ppl - in a semi private area, they were so accommodating! On arrival the venue decor is exquisite - setting the scene for our gender unknown safari themed baby shower - with extra tables available for the cupcakes/biscuits and abundance of gifts Mum-to-be was brought. The staff were on hand to help with anything needed - service was excellent with regular checks and serving at the table or bar which ever we preferred. The food was delicious - most of the table chose a roast and it did not disappoint - delicious! A few puddings were ordered and the favourites were the white chocolate and Malteser cheesecake and the white chocolate and strawberries - both beautifully presented and delicious too! The venue set the perfect atmosphere for the occasion - all the guests agreed and even commented on the background music too being perfect too. We really are so grateful for The Dial being apart of the day and making it so special!

Came for lunch with family. Haven't been here for over 10 years. Under new management, decór is nice and intimate. Was served by Michelle who was very friendly. Service was great. Food was lovely and enjoyed the vibe and mocktails. Would visit again.

Laren, Christine and the team always make me feel so welcome at The Dial. There’s always such a lovely atmosphere and the food is absolutely amazing! I’ve been back numerous times (as you can probably tell!) and have never had anything but a fantastic experience. We also recently celebrated a friend’s 21st there with around 40 guests, and everything was absolutely spot on. The whole evening was so well organised, from the pre-ordering to accommodating everyone’s individual preferences, and all the food was cooked perfectly. Despite having such a large group, everything ran so smoothly. Couldn’t recommend The Dial and the team enough!

Beautiful place to eat. Food was amazing! One slightly bad point, it too quite a lo g time for them to clear after eating and we had to find someone to ask for the bill. But other than that it is a really lovely place

We had our family meal here this evening and everything was absolutely seamless. From the attention to detail before we’d even arrived to handling the booking so thoughtfully and accommodating every request to the service throughout the evening, everything felt so special. It had such a lovely family touch, combined with the finest attention to detail you’d expect from a high end restaurant. Everyone went above and beyond to make every moment memorable from entertaining the kids, to playing my mum’s favourite songs, and even making sure she had her favourite drinks. Thank you for truly making this evening so memorable. We always love our regular visits, but tonight felt especially special ❤️ xxx
