My first time ordering from here tonight and it was a big disappointment. My prawn toast starter was extremely greasy. my sweet and sour chicken balls were chewy and full of fryer oil. My salt and chilli chips were very soggy, oily and had no salt or chilli. I tried to call the restaurant but no one was answering.
Our favourite takeaway by far. We've been using Just-Eat to get food delivered from Royal Harris for a few years now. It's almost always early, never late. In all this time we've only had one instance where there was a mistake with the order and after we called them they fixed it within 10 minutes. I really like the food here. There's a good selection and it's delicious. We also recently ate in the restaurant for the first time. Nice chill atmosphere, staff were so helpful and welcoming and we will definitely be coming back. When you eat in you can order from the menu or you can opt for a buffet style experience. We had the buffet and it was great.
Very good. I like food, taste yummy, the cooks are amazing, and it took 10 minutes to come. Best food place ever looks amazing, thank you. 🇨🇳
Such an amazing place, the food was amazing, and the service was above 5*...They went out of their way to make our dining experience one of a kind. We will definitely come back. P.S....Happy Chinese New Year!!!
Should close down - Dated dingy place, empty on a Friday night bar ourselves. Frequent coughing and sneezing coming crom the kitchen as they prepared our food. Sofa is held together with black gaffer tape, celotape holding extractor fan on. Occasionally men walk past to collect takeaways Appetisers selection was actually nice and provided me with hope, moved onto the mains and it was so poor I couldn't believe the drop in standard, it was like uncle bens microwave rice, with a dry microwave chinese Iceland pack. For the two of us with 2 drinks £55 which was excruciatingly poor value. Under no circumstances will I ever return. Though I will reiterate the apperteisers were good.
