Popped in here whilst shopping, the cake was lovely, massive piece. Gorgeous tea cups and little plates. The chips were very nice. The cappuccino was lovely. Really nice place, clean and a lovely building. The staff were friendly, will definitely go back.
October 2025 Langan's is my "go to" cafe in Burton. It's in an old venue with plenty of space, high ornate ceilings and leaded windows. The service is always so personal making one feel valued and looked after. Every meal I've had has been excellent. There's limited parking outside but plenty of spaces in other car parks nearby. There's a good range of tables and and also a leather settee for relaxing on.
This is one of my regular places to go for breakfast, always greeted at the door and seated promptly. Quality food and always happy with service. Highly recommended 👌, have just come back again from Lagans and tried something new, suggested by one of the staff there, eggs benedict with black pudding, all I can say is, you must try this, no extra condiments required, perfectly balanced and full of flavour.
This was the strangest place I’ve ever been to. Tables were laid with cloth napkins which had seen better days. I ordered a flat white - It wasn’t a flat white. It was filter coffee with milk! Why take my order when they had no intention of delivering? Sausages were awful, precooked and then cut in half and warmed up. How this place gets good reviews I don’t know. Staff were scruffy, service poor, no customers either! I won’t be going back.
