Our visit to see David for tax advice was superb. He explained everything clearly and enabled us to approach our forthcoming tax year, being newly self employed, worry free. This company took over from my accountant when he sadly passed away. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything for 5 months. Confused, I rang a number of times to check they had the correct email address and make them aware of the problem. Eventually I went in in person and wrote the address down on paper, explaining again that their emails still had not come through. In my opinion there must have been a technical issue, though the company continued to converse via email, despite having my home address and phone number. Eventually I sourced their email address and began the conversation. From this point correspondence ran smoothly and business was concluded. I raised my concerns with the communication issues and did not feel I was justly heard, upon which I wrote a review. I have since received letters by post, threatening legal action if I were not to remove my review. This review is by no means an official complaint but merely my honest opinion of my experience and what I believe reviews are for.
