Ordered vegetable spring rolls, they sent me ones with meat in. I called to tell them the issue and the man on the other side of the phone was extremely rude saying that they dont have meat in and it was carrot I could see, it was clearly some sort of mince. The man who I spoke to said he "doesnt care im a regular customer". They sent some more out and they were exactly the same. Will be contacting environmental health. Appalling that they have sent a vegetarian option with meat in and tried to call me a liar. Awful service.

Been our local for years and even after going vegetarian we still come here they’ve got the most vegetarian options around and is all very tasty , generous portion sizes for a great price definitely recommend 💕

Decent food but seriously poor delivery times, every time we order delivery it states approximately 30 minutes sand every time nearly an hour later I’ve called to be told we’re waiting on the driver and another 20+ minutes go by. If you can’t deliver a service, don’t advertise it.

Salt and pepper chicken wings was disgusting no taste and wings was very chewy and plastic like , food very poor quality I will be not going back there poor quality food

A real shame, always order from here as in general quality meat. Ordered steak in black pepper sauce....no flavour and I could not eat any of the steak at all as it was chewy fat! See photo. £9 for a lump of gristle! What was most disappointing is that we order regularly £30 each time and when I called to complain, the not very Chinese man said "just don't order it again". Customer service and loyalty 0. Therefore, plenty of alternatives so I won't be ordering ever again. I dread to think what else they care so little about in their kitchen!
