Outstanding service. The girl there was so delightful and helpful. Thank you for doing our afternoon tea take away and catering for our vegan as much as you could. Enjoyed a few afternoon teas here and they have all been outstanding. The delivered items are well packaged and amazing quality. Often run offers which make it outstanding value. Love the new venue, much bigger and easier to get to.
The dessert itself was great, but the place was very unclean and poorly maintained. Please bear in mind that the staff working there were not up to hygienic standards. Honestly, I would recommend ordering online rather than dining in. The chairs were stained with things you wouldn’t want to know about, and the counter staff were slow, cocky, and unprofessional. Customer service is everything in this business—if you treat customers well, they will come back. There are a lot of areas that need serious improvement, from hygiene to service quality.
Worst dessert ever! Staff are unprofessional, RUDE! Avoid going. Ordered a dessert for collection , rang 4 times no answer. Went to the shop to place an order mentioned that I had rang 4 times staff ignored the fact I had said they wasn’t busy at all !!! Desserts were cold, strawberries and ice cream were both frozen and hard to bite into. No cutlery was given , poor service.
Had an amazing dessert, absolutely delicious crepe with lots of options for flavours. Staff very welcoming, came over to clean the table for us as soon as we walked in, very quick service. Would recommend!
I wouldn’t bother ordering if I were you. £21 order for delivery through Uber for 2 desserts, took an hour to come. When they actually arrived the Kunafa Crepes were rock solid and resembled chewing on leather, the red velvet cake tasted NOTHING like red velvet and actually had quite an artificial taste to it. Even the ice cream that came with it just literally tasted like ICE 🤣 needless to say they both went straight in the bin. I rang the shop to explain how dissatisfied I was and the man I spoke to was so uninterested. Told me to go through uber if I was unhappy. Won’t be ordering again ❌
