I ordered a kunafa cookie dough and when it arrived there was no pistachio on it or nothing just some plain melted chocolate with kunafe I am very disappointed as it was 10£ and I just got a simple plain cookie dough with melted milk chocolate 🤬0️⃣⭐️
Ordered a waffle and a biscoff cheesecake. Both desserts were delicious, especially the cheesecake! There was a query with the order (it was a mistake on my part) and the staff member presented me with a complimentary scoop of icecream! Lovely tasting desserts and brilliant customer service! Thank you!
Very disappointed with the French toast i ordered, it looks nothing like the picture and it tasted so dry and burned. Cant believe i paid around 11 pound for one slice of bread with half banan on top and it didn't taste nice.
An absolutely dreadful experience. I ordered two chocolate concrete cakes, which were served cold. I had to request for them to be warmed up. When they brought the cakes back, they were still cold. I asked again for them to be heated, but the staff seemed too preoccupied with their phones. What baffled me even more was when they asked if I wanted the custard warm or cold. I’m sorry, but what kind of dessert place serves cold custard? To top it all off, they made us go to the counter to collect our dessert, even though they knew we were dining in. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this place really needed to be called out. I hope the owner or manager takes this feedback seriously and doesn’t continue to rely on these young staff members who clearly lack both customer service skills and work ethic.
Delightful dessert shop an great menu full of delicious pudding. Been ordering for a while from little dessert shop and my family very much enjoy delicious cakes, waffles, cheese cakes an milkshakes etc. They are welcoming, warm, loving and super great team providing great service.xx
