Very disappointed with the French toast i ordered, it looks nothing like the picture and it tasted so dry and burned. Cant believe i paid around 11 pound for one slice of bread with half banan on top and it didn't taste nice.
An absolutely dreadful experience. I ordered two chocolate concrete cakes, which were served cold. I had to request for them to be warmed up. When they brought the cakes back, they were still cold. I asked again for them to be heated, but the staff seemed too preoccupied with their phones. What baffled me even more was when they asked if I wanted the custard warm or cold. I’m sorry, but what kind of dessert place serves cold custard? To top it all off, they made us go to the counter to collect our dessert, even though they knew we were dining in. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this place really needed to be called out. I hope the owner or manager takes this feedback seriously and doesn’t continue to rely on these young staff members who clearly lack both customer service skills and work ethic.

Lovely little shop with surprisingly great pancakes. We popped in on Pancake Day and weren’t disappointed. Lady manager was polite and friendly. Will definitely drop by again. Best pancakes I’ve ever eaten. Did I mention the pancakes? Fantastic.
A bit disappointed with one of the items I received which was a fancy looking sundae that's £10. For £10 I was expecting something much bigger but this looked a bit small and sad compared to the picture on just eat. Also it's nice to drink our milkshakes with a straw and we received none with the delivery. Normally we use a competitor (good portion sizes and a bit cheaper too) and thought I'd try these out for a change. May have to stick with our original go to dessert hub I'm afraid.
