Very disappointed with the French toast i ordered, it looks nothing like the picture and it tasted so dry and burned. Cant believe i paid around 11 pound for one slice of bread with half banan on top and it didn't taste nice.
An absolutely dreadful experience. I ordered two chocolate concrete cakes, which were served cold. I had to request for them to be warmed up. When they brought the cakes back, they were still cold. I asked again for them to be heated, but the staff seemed too preoccupied with their phones. What baffled me even more was when they asked if I wanted the custard warm or cold. I’m sorry, but what kind of dessert place serves cold custard? To top it all off, they made us go to the counter to collect our dessert, even though they knew we were dining in. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this place really needed to be called out. I hope the owner or manager takes this feedback seriously and doesn’t continue to rely on these young staff members who clearly lack both customer service skills and work ethic.
Love the staff they were amazing. The French toast was spot on and the desserts were so good. Definitely will be ordering again soon!
Imagine you’ve been waiting all week after eating clean and decide to treat yourself to your favourite desert and get served up the most underwhelming product, the look on our faces were priceless. Cookie doe was thin and dry with no effort in the presentation literally just chucked the topping on top in full form. The assistant hardly knew the treats on offer and product knowledge was poor, From the outside you’d have thought you was getting premium product but it’s more of a cheap Pub Product. Waste of money and I won’t be going back.
It's one of the best dessert spots I have tried. I've been there three times in three weeks and loved it every single time. Highly recommend the Bruce cake and the sharing boxes.
