Outstanding service. The girl there was so delightful and helpful. Thank you for doing our afternoon tea take away and catering for our vegan as much as you could. Enjoyed a few afternoon teas here and they have all been outstanding. The delivered items are well packaged and amazing quality. Often run offers which make it outstanding value. Love the new venue, much bigger and easier to get to.

Great staff and service. We went in the store to try it and they gave us a warm welcome. I had the taste of heaven cheesecake with white hazelnut and it was amazing! Then the second time I ordered, there was a mixed up then the card machine failed that I had to get cash from the cash point. When I got home I noticed I didn’t get the right cakes, sauces and no ice creams. I rang them and they tried to send replacement. The replacement was still wrong but after all that palaver I just had to accept the cakes and not cause any trouble anymore. An hour later the owner himself showed up to give me the right cake, and now I have 4 cakes in the fridge! They were apologetic and were very friendly, they went over and beyond replacing it and sorting out what was missing. I would highly recommend, great staff and service.👌
First time ordering from here and I’m really disappointed. I ordered 2 loaded kunafa brownies and they tasted horrible and disgusting. The sawiya they used tasted very bad and completely ruined the dessert. It cost me over £18 and honestly it was a total waste of money — ended up chucking them in the bin.Not recommended to anyone just waste of money
Imagine you’ve been waiting all week after eating clean and decide to treat yourself to your favourite desert and get served up the most underwhelming product, the look on our faces were priceless. Cookie doe was thin and dry with no effort in the presentation literally just chucked the topping on top in full form. The assistant hardly knew the treats on offer and product knowledge was poor, From the outside you’d have thought you was getting premium product but it’s more of a cheap Pub Product. Waste of money and I won’t be going back.
