We visited yesterday as a family meal of 7. Service was excellent, all staff were very helpful and friendly. Very accommodating for my toddler. Comfortable seating areas, relaxing music and clean restaurant. Food was really good, everyone enjoyed and had a great time! Highly recommend 😊
Ordered the food at 6.30pm to be told delivery would be between 7.40pm and 8pm. Called the restaurant as app was showing as out for delivery for 25 minutes when restaurant isn't even a 10 minute drive away. Spoken to horribly when chasing and told "we have too many orders" like it was my problem that they were late. Then told it was on its way and the man couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. Waited another 20 minutes before food finally came. Even delivery driver acknowledged it was late and our "ticket" wasn't even acknowledged until around the time delivery was due. Food arrived cold and they gave us the incorrect naan bread. Had to microwave the food. This sucked all the flavours out and tasted bland. Threw most of it away. Utterly disappointed with the service and food. This also happened last time we ordered but gave them the benefit of the doubt as we know restaurants can have bad nights. Never again will we order from here, wouldn't be so bad if they could just be honest but the fact they blatantly lie to you and too receive cold food really puts the icing on the cake.
Friend and I went here on Wednesday. No welcome when came in and the man in the suite, really didn't seem to want us there. Anyway, had the order taken, garlic chilli chicken, chicken balti, naan bread, pilau rice and garlic fried rice. Bar having wrong rice, which was corrected straight away Food was very good, plenty of taste and chicken. Would we go back, yes and hope the man in the suite was more welcoming and happier when we left. Just to note, wasn't asked if food was ok or wanted more drinks at all. Service needs improving.
First visit on Saturday evening. Food was beautiful cane out hot and was presented well. Staff went above and beyond to get and change anything we asked for. Will definitely be returning and recommending for anyone looking for a place where nothing is too much trouble from the staff.
Nice, comfortable seats, very clean tables, calm and soft music surround. Polite and good service. Lots of items available in a menu. Takeaway available if necessary. Discounts when dine in. Enjoyed it.
