Dined in for work colleagues birthday. Fantastic food and outstanding service! The staff at Manzil Gold were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, they really went out of their way to make you feel looked after. The food was consistently delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully cooked every time. Great atmosphere, great team, and great dishes. A place I would happily return to again and again!
Waited an hour and a half which ok its Saturday but the food was stone cold! Ordered a pickle tray with poppadoms there was no lime pickle, ordered a mixed kebab starter and the lamb had more knuckles then Tyson Fury!! Definitely never again
Friend and I went here on Wednesday. No welcome when came in and the man in the suite, really didn't seem to want us there. Anyway, had the order taken, garlic chilli chicken, chicken balti, naan bread, pilau rice and garlic fried rice. Bar having wrong rice, which was corrected straight away Food was very good, plenty of taste and chicken. Would we go back, yes and hope the man in the suite was more welcoming and happier when we left. Just to note, wasn't asked if food was ok or wanted more drinks at all. Service needs improving.
What a shame, I've ordered food from here via delivero multiple times and the food has always been very good. I placed a large order £80 and thought I would order direct as I wanted to support this small business. I rang my order through and clearly stated that one of the meals had an allergy. This meal has arrived containing this allergen and I rang the restaurant for a resolution. They accused me of lying and stated that the only way they would rectify this issue would be if I paid an additional charge for the meal. This was after paying in cash (their preference) and tipping the driver. I therefore cannot recommend this establishment if you have allergies and I would recommend you go elsewhere, this is a real shame as the food has always been nice. They have lost a loyal customer this evening.
